The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner / Functional Analyst (mid-level) to join our team. The selected candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable deliverables.

A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and produce documentation in English.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
  • Support stakeholders in understanding system functionalities and processes.
  • Actively participate in workshops, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and planning sessions.
  • Perform functional testing and validate delivered features against requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and communication practices.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (preferably in Agile/Scrum environments).
  • Ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements using structured methods.
  • Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2–C1), both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
Qualification
  • Experience in data-driven projects, CRM, or digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL or ability to work with basic data queries.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Previous experience working with distributed or international teams.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
