Senior Sales Executive FSI & O

The Role
The mission of this position is to guide and expand business development and sales within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and other key sectors, enhancing Hyntelo’s commercial presence in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Telco, Manufacturing, Automotive & Mobility, Health & Travel, Utilities & Media, Retail & E-Commerce). 
This position requires direct responsibility for the entire sales cycle: pipeline generation, C-level engagement, complex solution proposals (AI, Data; SaaS) and deal closure.
Specifically, the focus areas will be:
  • Identifying and acquiring new strategic clients
  • Managing complex business relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Strengthening the positioning of Lyriko and/or other solutions provided by Hyntelo across strategic industries
Responsibilities
  • Map the target market (FSI & other sectors), identifying strategic positions and competitors
  • Generate qualified pipelines through networking activities, events, meetings, and CRM
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, POCs, and lead negotiations until closure
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to develope tailored solutions
  • Support in the definition of commercial offers (pricing, terms, SLAs)
  • Actively participate in trade shows and industry conferences
  • Provide regular reporting regarding KPIs (pipeline, forecasts, deals, etc.)
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in internal training initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams in order to create customized offerings
  • Lead negotiations to closure, coordinating all relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts via CRM and pipeline management methodologies
  • Attend events, conferences, and workshops to increase Hyntelo’s visibility in the market

Qualification
  • Mindset:

  • Experience:
    • 5-8+ years in complex B2B sales, preferably in FinTech, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, AI, or enterprise solutions
    • Documented success in strategic negotiations and closing high-value contracts
  • Skills
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives
    • Background in Financial Services or Technology sectors is preferred
    • Direct experience engaging with C-level roles such as CIO, CMO, Chief Data Officer
    • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services market (regulations, competitive dynamics)
    • Familiarity with SaaS/AI/data analytics is a plus
    • Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 level) – multilingualism is a plus (French, Spanish, German)
    • Basic knowledge of digital challenges in the FS sector (regulations, customer intelligence, process automation)
    • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques (solution selling, value-based selling)
    • Excellent use of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Quantitative objectives (Annual KPIs):
    • New Business Generated: > €1 million in new bookings within the first year
    • Opportunities created: at least 15 new qualified opportunities per quarter
    • New clients acquired: minimum of 5 new client logos in the first year
    • Closing rate: > 20% on qualified opportunities
    • Average time to close: < 120 days
    • Client retention: active collaboration with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and renewals
