The Role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the achievement of client-agreed objectives.
- Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile – Scrum, Kanban – and Waterfall) according to project and organizational needs.
- Plan and coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with financial and scheduling constraints.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define effective solutions.
- Identify and manage project risks, monitoring critical issues and implementing mitigation actions.
- Support the identification and implementation of technological solutions, contributing to the definition of the most effective strategies for clients.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, from requirements analysis to delivery and monitoring.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.
- Experience or exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project or similar).
- Ability to gather and analyze business and functional requirements and contribute to solution definition.
- Understanding business processes and interest in digital, data-driven, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders, with a level of autonomy aligned with experience.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (c1).
